Before founding Best Within You Therapy & Wellness, I helped 2 different private practices grow from solo practices into 4+ clinician group practices in under 1 year.

At the time, I was:
• Working at a medical center
• Contracting in two separate private practices
• Learning firsthand how group practices grow

I eventually took a leap of faith, left all three roles, and started Best Within You Therapy & Wellness by myself with just my 15 clients.

Within two years, I grew from solo to a 12-clinician, private-pay group therapy practice. Last year we had over 1,000 clients reach out to our practice for appointments.
